GENERAL CONDITIONS
The present general conditions of sale apply to all purchases and use of services via dermastore.ch.
The product offerings publicised online only apply in so far as they can be seen on the web site and in so far as there are sufficient stocks. The images displayed on the web site are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. The information and explanations provided in catalogues and data sheets are for explanatory purposes only and are not binding.
Dermastore.ch declines all responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in connection with the said images, diagrams and explanations etc in the above catalogues and data sheets.
PRICES
The prices displayed on the web site are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Any handling fees and carriage costs are not included and will be charged separately. All orders are to be paid for in Swiss Francs.
Dermastore.ch reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the prices for the products ordered by customers valid at the time of order and which appear on the order confirmation shall continue to apply.
ORDERS
Orders are only considered to be firm when accepted by Dermastore.ch. When ordering, the customer accepts the present Terms and Conditions completely and unrestrictedly, to the exclusion of all other existing regulations and conditions. Dermastore.ch has the right to refuse any customer order.
PRIVACY POLICY
Dermastore.ch places a high value on the trust of its customers. This is reflected by the fact that Dermastore.ch is totally committed to the security and confidentiality of information.
Whenever a customer makes an order or accesses their personal account information via the web site, the programme on the SSL security server encodes the information entered using 256 bit data encryption before transmitting it. This corresponds to the standard used by banks for their online transactions and provides the highest level of online security currently available.
In secured zones, the dermastore.ch URL address therefore starts with https://, where ‘s’ means secured. An icon in the form of a locked padlock then also appears in the lower right-hand area of the customer’s browser
As customers only need to enter their information once and do not have to complete another form for subsequent purchases, optimum security is ensured. For subsequent purchases, customers only need to enter their email address and chosen password. They must also enter their credit card number for all transactions, as Dermastore.ch does not store this information.
Otherwise, Dermastore.ch will only request information required for the purposes of quality control and order processing.
In accordance with Swiss Confederation Data Protection Act, all customer information will be treated with complete confidentiality.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The price invoiced is the one which is stated on the order confirmation.
Unless agreed otherwise, all products are to be paid for via PostFinance, advance payment, PayPal or the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
All payment procedures will be processed in the secure zone (“https://”) according to the highest security standards. Data stored by Dermastore.ch serves as proof of all transactions occurring between Dermastore.ch and its customers. Data stored by the payment system serves as proof of financial transactions.
Payment will not be deducted from the card used for payment until the order is dispatched.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the merchandise on delivery and report any defects or deviations from their order immediately. As a general rule, items that are incomplete or that have been damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back. The customer shall pay the carriage costs where merchandise is returned.
Returns can be made within 15 days of receipt of the delivery. Only unused, clean and undamaged merchandise in its original packaging, including the labels will be taken back. Merchandise may be returned by post. Dermastore.ch will inspect the merchandise on receipt and decide whether it is in perfect condition and whether a credit can be issued. As a general rule the refund will be paid via the same procedure as the original payment method, within 5 working days. Only the value of the merchandise will be refunded. No refund will be given for any carriage costs incurred.

Please note that we only accept returns by post for merchandise ordered online. Merchandise purchased from the store must be returned directly to the store.
APPLICABLE LAW/DISPUTES
The present contract is subject to Swiss law.
